What We Accept
We buy and trade LEGO® products and select collectibles, including but not limited to:
- New, sealed LEGO® sets
- Opened or used LEGO® sets (complete or incomplete)
- Minifigures (loose or sealed)
- LEGO® parts and bulk lots
Acceptance is based on condition, demand, and current market value. We reserve the right to decline any item.
Condition Requirements
- New/Sealed Items: Must be factory sealed and untampered.
- Used Sets: Must be reasonably clean. Completeness affects value.
- Minifigures & Parts: Should be authentic LEGO® unless otherwise stated.
Items with excessive damage, strong odors, or missing critical components may be refused or valued lower.
Trade-In Value
- Trade-in values are determined by current market trends, condition, and inventory needs.
- Customers may choose between:
- Cash / Store Credit (store credit typically offers higher value)
- All offers are final once accepted.
Trade Process
- Items are inspected by our staff.
- A trade-in offer is presented.
- Customer accepts or declines the offer.
- Accepted trades are completed immediately.
No items are returned once a trade is finalized.
Identification & Eligibility
- Valid government-issued ID may be required for cash trades.
- By trading, you confirm you are the legal owner of the items.
Authenticity
We do not knowingly purchase counterfeit items. If an item is later determined to be counterfeit, the transaction may be voided and store credit revoked.
Right to Refuse
Brick Box Toys reserves the right to:
- Refuse any trade
- Limit quantities
- Modify trade-in values
